दक्षिण कोरियाले २०२३ मा आफ्ना लागी ईपिएस प्रणाली मार्फत विभिन्न १६ देशहरुबाट ल्याउने प्रवासी मजदुरहरुको कोटा निर्धारण गरेको छ। शुक्रबार बसेको प्रवासी मजदुर निति निर्धारण समितीको बैठकले २०२३ का लागी मजदुरहरुको कोटा निर्धारण गरेको हो।
हरेक बर्ष मजदुर निति निर्धारण समितिले ईपिएस मार्फत विभिन्न देशहरुबाट कोरिया आउने प्रवासी मजदुरहरुको कोटा निर्धारण गर्ने गर्दछ। बैठकमा सबै मन्त्रालय र मजदुर संगठनका प्रतिनिधिहरु सहभागी थिए। जस अन्तर्गत आज बसेको समितिको उक्त बैठकले ईपीएस मार्फत आउने प्रवासी मजदुरको संख्या १ लाख १० हजार निर्धारण गरेको छ।
तोकिएको १ लाख १० हजार प्रवासि मजदुरको सख्या मध्ये नयाँ ( नियमित) को लागि ८९ हजार ९ सय ७० जना तोकिएको छ भने बाकि २० हजार ३० जना प्रतिबद्द ( कमिटेड) तर्फ तोकिएको छ ।
माथिको संख्या मध्ये ५० हजार ७ सय को कार्य अवधि ४ बर्ष १० महिना लगायत सकिनेहरुको सट्टामा र ४७ हजार ९ सय ६८ जना मजदुरको अभाबको कारण मागको अधारमा नयाँ नियमित मजदुर ल्याइने जनाइएको छ। उत्पादन क्षेत्रमा भने ७५ हजार जना, कृषि मा १४ हजार ,मत्स्यपालनमा ७ हजार निर्माणमा ३ हजार, सेवामा तर्फ १००० जना तोकिएको प्रवासी मजदुर युनियन (एमटियु) का अध्यक्ष उदय राईले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
गत अङ्ग्रेजी बर्ष २०२१ को जनवरी १ देखि २०२२ अक्टोबर १४ सम्ममा १ लाख ८९ हजार १४ जनाको रोजगार अनुमति जारि भएको छ। यो सख्या मध्ये ३६ हजार ५ सय ४ जना प्रबेश गर्न बाकी रहेको अध्यक्ष राईले बताउनुभयो।
